Clare Dubé - Broker
Clare has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Before opening her own boutique real estate firm in 2008, Clare was a partner and founding member of a real estate development company located in Madison, Connecticut. Her company has won awards for “Best Smart Growth Neighborhood”, “Best Commercial Rehab / Adaptive Reuse”, and “Best Cluster Home Development” to name a few.
Clare has been directly involved in over $75 million of real estate transactions that include residential and commercial properties. Her boutique firm, CMD Realty, LLC, is a full service firm that includes property management, residential and commercial sales and leasing, design/staging and concierge services. CMD Realty, LLC is committed to expert representation through personalized service with integrity. While CMD Realty, LLC recognizes the importance of technology in the course of business, it prides itself on personal connections and relationships with clients and the community.
Being part of the community is very important to Clare. She formerly served on the Board of Directors of the New Haven County Association of Builders. She is currently the Executive Director and Trustee of The Provident Foundation and has formerly served as President of the Madison Chamber of Commerce. She also served on the Board of Directors for the Community Investment Corp. as well as the Executive Board for AADMM, a national organization at which Clare is often a featured speaker.
Through her involvement in the community and her construction knowledge, Clare is able to effectively guide her clients through the rental/sale/purchase process. Her personal service and easy communicative style helps define clients’ needs and the best ways to meet those needs.

Rebecca Dowler - Realtor
With over twenty years of experience in the real estate industry Rebecca has learned to identify the best value for her clients. Rebecca’s experience has run the gamut across all real estate disciplines. Whether it’s a residential or commercial property, she has been intimately involved with every project from working with engineers and architects to gain project approvals, to space planning, interior decorating and staging. Rebecca also has experience in both remodeling and new construction, as well as managing facilities to optimize their value. Her areas of expertise include universal design, space planning, color consulting, staging and most importantly, listening to the needs of her clients. Rebecca strives to provide each and every client with prompt, courteous and professional service. She looks forward to working with you by listening to your needs and finding the best value.
